This section explains how to integrate PPEM with Prometheus or VictoriaMetrics, as well as with Elasticsearch and Elastic Application Performance Monitoring (Elastic APM).
Fictional service names are used in the configuration examples:
example.org is the main domain.
prometheus.example.org is the Prometheus
monitoring system service.
vm.example.org is the VictoriaMetrics
monitoring system service.
elasticsearch.example.org is the Elasticsearch
monitoring system service.
elasticsearch-apm.example.org is the Elastic APM
monitoring system service.
victorialogs.example.org is the VictoriaLogs
system for collecting, storing, and analyzing activity logs.
postgresql-01.example.org is the PostgreSQL
DBMS service.
