Consider the following minimum hardware requirements when deploying Postgres Pro AXE:
For installing the Postgres Pro AXE DBMS:
1 GHz CPU
RAM: 1 GB
Disk space: 1 GB
Postgres Pro AXE supports using Postgres Pro Enterprise 17.7.1 as the DBMS.
For processing the OLAP workload:
4 CPU cores
RAM: 16 GB
Disk space: 100 GB
Postgres Pro AXE cannot operate on virtual machines without vector CPU instructions, in particular SSE4.2 and AVX512F. Before installing the solution, ensure that the required instructions are installed on target VMs.
Example 6.1.
To view available vector CPU instructions on operating systems similar to Debian, execute the following command:
grep -Eow "sse4_2|avx|avx2|avx512f" /proc/cpuinfo | sort -u
All four instructions must be in the command output.

When deploying Postgres Pro AXE with the NUMA (non-uniform memory access) architecture, it is recommended to allocate the following:
8 CPU cores per each NUMA node
at least 4 GB of RAM per one CPU core in a NUMA node
